Butt Weld Elbows
Butt Weld Elbows are used to change the direction of flow. We supply Long Radius (LR) (1.5x Diameter) for lower pressure drop and Short Radius (SR) (1.0x Diameter) for tight spaces. Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° (Return Bends).
Butt Weld Tees
Butt Weld Tees are used to combine or split fluid flow. Equal Tees have the same diameter at all three outlets, while Reducing Tees feature a smaller diameter on the branch outlet to reduce flow volume or connect smaller lines.
Butt Weld Reducers
Reducers connect pipes of different diameters. Concentric Reducers maintain a common centerline and are used in vertical lines. Eccentric Reducers maintain a flat bottom/top and are critical in horizontal pump suction lines to prevent air pockets.
Stub Ends (Lap Joint)
Stub Ends are short lengths of pipe with a flared end, used in conjunction with Lap Joint Flanges. The Stub End is welded to the pipe, while the flange remains loose, allowing for easy bolt alignment and cost savings by using carbon steel flanges on stainless lines.
Pipe Caps
Butt Weld Caps are welded to the end of a pipe to seal it permanently. They are ellipsoidal in shape to withstand internal pressure and distribute stress evenly, ensuring a safe and secure termination of the pipeline.
