Weld Neck Flanges
Weld Neck Flanges feature a long tapered hub that is butt-welded to the pipe. This design transfers stress from the flange to the pipe, making them the best choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and critical safety applications.
Slip-On Flanges
Slip-On Flanges slide over the pipe and are fillet welded both inside and outside. They are easier to align and more cost-effective than weld necks, making them popular for low-to-medium pressure applications.
Blind Flanges
Blind Flanges are solid discs without a bore, used to seal the end of a piping system or vessel opening. They withstand the highest internal pressure and are essential for pressure testing lines and allowing future expansion.
Socket Weld & Threaded
Socket Weld Flanges are used for small-bore high-pressure lines, welded only on the outside. Threaded Flanges are screwed onto the pipe without welding, ideal for hazardous areas where welding is not permitted.
Lap Joint Flanges
Lap Joint Flanges are used with a Stub End. The flange slides over the pipe but is not welded to it; only the stub end is welded. This allows the flange to rotate for easy bolt hole alignment and permits the use of cheaper carbon steel flanges on stainless lines.
