Unicorn Metal Industries is a leading supplier of high-pressure Forged Fittings designed for critical piping systems where safety and reliability are paramount. Manufactured from solid steel forgings, these fittings offer superior strength and a dense grain structure, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
We specialize in Stainless Steel Forged Fittings compliant with ASME B16.11 and MSS-SP-79/83/95/97. Our inventory includes grades like 304/L, 316/L, 321, and 310S, available in both Socket Weld (SW) and Threaded (SCRD) connections.
For oil, gas, and power generation, we supply robust Carbon Steel Forged Fittings (ASTM A105, A350 LF2). These fittings are engineered to withstand extreme pressure classes, ranging from 2000#, 3000#, 6000#, to 9000#.
Our portfolio also includes Alloy Steel and Nickel Alloy Forged Fittings (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy) for corrosive and high-temperature environments. We stock a complete range of types including Elbows (45°/90°), Tees, Unions, Couplings, Plugs, Bushings, and Olets (Weldolet, Sockolet, Threadolet).

Forged Elbows are essential for changing the direction of flow in high-pressure piping systems. Available in 90° and 45° angles, they provide a robust, leak-proof turn in small-bore lines where butt-weld fittings are not practical.
Forged Tees are used to split or combine flow in a T-shaped junction. We supply both Equal Tees (all ports same size) and Reducing Tees (branch port smaller) to suit various hydraulic and pneumatic system designs.
Forged Crosses feature four openings arranged at 90 degrees, allowing for the connection of four pipes. They are typically used in fire sprinkler systems and complex chemical distribution networks requiring multi-directional flow.
Forged Couplings are used to connect two lengths of pipe. Full Couplings join two pipes, while Half Couplings are welded directly to a larger run pipe or vessel to create a branch outlet connection.
Forged Unions consist of three interconnected parts designed to join two pipes while allowing for easy disassembly. They are critical for maintenance-heavy sections of piping where equipment needs frequent removal or replacement.
Forged Caps are welded or screwed onto the end of a pipe to seal it completely. They act as a permanent protective device for pipe ends and are designed to withstand the full pressure rating of the piping system.
Swage Nipples act as reducers in forged piping systems, connecting two pipes of different diameters. Available in Concentric (center aligned) and Eccentric (offset) types to manage flow characteristics.
Olets (Weldolet, Sockolet, Threadolet) provide the strongest method for branching a pipe. They reinforce the connection point on the run pipe, handling higher stress and pressure than a standard tee connection.
"Strength forged under pressure. Unicorn Metal Industries supplies the high-performance forged fittings that guarantee safety and integrity in the most critical, high-pressure piping systems."
