Seamless Tubes are extruded from a solid billet, ensuring a uniform structure with no weld seam. This makes them capable of withstanding higher pressures and temperatures compared to welded tubes, making them ideal for critical instrumentation and heat exchanger applications.
Welded Tubes are formed by rolling strips and welding the seam, followed by sizing. They offer excellent concentricity and wall thickness consistency at a more economical price point, suitable for general engineering, structural frameworks, and decorative applications.
Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) Tubes start as electric resistance welded tubes and are drawn through a die to achieve precise dimensions and a smooth surface finish. This process increases yield strength and is perfect for automotive parts, hydraulic cylinders, and shock absorbers.
"Precision is our promise. Unicorn Metal Industries supplies industrial tubes engineered for exact tolerances and superior surface finish, ensuring flawless performance in your most critical systems."
